Niki works at Coldwell Banker as a Transaction Coordinator and has closed thousands of transactions including, REO, Probate/Trust, Commercial, Residential units, Commercial properties, short sale negotiation, and Relocation properties. Niki's exceptional customer service skills and commitment to perfection have made her stand out in this industry.  She teaches classes on zipforms, Docusign/Digital Ink, and works to help her agents efficiently manage and close every transaction in compliance with the Bureau of Real Estate regulations.
